One of the few places that actually has a gluten free and few vegan options. Can't be happier with their customer service. Wish they had a delivery service.

Don't shoot the messenger but Ledos Pizza is MEH to me. Like many other DMV natives, I was raised eating Ledos for school events, etc. and it was always a treat. However let's fast forward 10+ years and the pizza is NOT that amazing. Its a square....and theres sauce and cheese. With all the new artisan pizza places popping up Ledos does not really compare. I got carry out fron here hoping to be wowed and i wasn't. The pizza was ridiculously expensive for a large and was basic. Seriously. A basic square. However the good thing about Ledo's is they always hiryoung teens which I love. The service isn't compromised and i do like how they give young people working opportunities. All in all. Pizza is blah but service is great. Ledo's is always good if I want a nostalgic reminder of my childhood

Boo... this Ledos pales in comparison to the Wheaton location which is just up the road. It's too bad because I live right next to this one and I love Ledos. The food is just not as good/hot/right. I've run into this issue everytime I come here. The customer service is iffy and something is wrong with my order almost every time.

I give this location 3 stars because my experiences with them are such a mixed bag. For example, last night was the first time in a long time that they'd messed up our order - no big deal, they cooked a fresh pizza to make up for what they'd missed. However, all these pizzas were cooked regular time, which has been a problem in the past. Thinking wishfully, I ate the pizza anyway...MISTAKE. I'm currently laid up in bed at 7AM with horrible stomach pain! So bad, I've had to call out of work for the day! Lesson? If you eat here, order the pizza well done. Maybe someone isn't cooking the dough all the way through, or maybe it's me, or maybe one of the high school kids who works there doesn't care too much about the job and isn't washing their hands; whatever the case, be careful what you eat here. You might get sick.

There is a decent amount of parking available in the lot. Even if there aren't spaces available right in front, you can park closer to the Giant and still be fairly close. I agree with other reviewers in that sometimes the customer service can leave quite a bit to be desired if it's busy. However, I think that comes with the territory. The servers are fairly young, but I don't think that's a fair assessment on their service. I typically have a good service experience at this Ledo's location, but I also realize I'm a very easy customer to have. I don't want a server who hovers, and they don't do that here. The food is pretty good. I usually only go when they have the Square Deal (caesar salad & 14" cheese pizza). I love everything about the salad, and the toppings are cheap enough that we can still get a few without going too far over the cost of the deal. Of note are the sweet potato fries - I get them every time! Either way, the pizza is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

I took my Mother to lunch today for her birthday. We were worried because the restaurant was empty when we entered at noon but it filled up shortly. Antonio O was our Server and he was wonderful, attentive but not overbearing. The food was great. The Asiago Artichoke Bruschetta is to die for. We each had a salad that was plentiful. I had the Ledo Italian and she had the Georgia Fried Chicken. I'm so glad I know this restaurant is here. We will be back.

Thin square pizza is good when you want thin square pizza. And this is pretty good thin square pizza. Pesto pizza was very good.

I try not to say "hate". But I come dangerously close to hating this location. As I've stated before, I love Ledo pizza as a brand/style of pizza (and that's the only reason this is a 2-star than a 1-star review). The crust is thin, flaky, and delicious; the sauce is tasty; the cheese is melty and good. What makes the difference is the service and execution at individual franchises, and every time I come here there some kind of problem. This is the closest one to me, so that really stinks because they would get so much more of my money if they were better. The service is amazingly slow, and there are a bunch of minors working here. Awesome for high-schoolers trying to find their first job, terrible for customers. At least this latest time it didn't reek of cleaning solution that was nauseatingly sprayed at the next table over WHILE eating an uncovered pizza. At least this time I didn't get the wrong pizza like previous visits. Or wait for 50 minutes while repeatedly checking if my pizza was ready only to find out it had been sitting there for 30 minutes under some other made up name. To their credit, they actually MAKE the pizza pretty well (which is better than the Olney location even though they have better service with equal proportions of high-schoolers). If you really want Ledo's - and halfway decent service - in this area, I would recommend going to the Wheaton location about 10 minutes away.

Ledo's pizza Colesville is an awesome fixture in our family!! Prior to having children, I used to frequent this spot with friends and family for both dine in and take out. The experiences have always been pleasant and the food served in a timely manner. The pizza is always hot and delicious and the staff friendly. I am now a single mother and have 2 small children (ages 8 and 5). We have made a new friend, Anta, at the front who is extremely busy, but always has time to stop and speak and play with TJ and Jahmai. Most Fridays are pizza Fridays, and no matter where we're headed, we stop to pick up a pizza and play with Anta before we leave. She's awesome and so are you!! From Jennifer, TJ and Jahmai.....born, bred and raised right here!! :0)

This ledos is one of my favorite in the md area because they are so efficient. As one who works in the service industry I understand this location does get packed sometimes but the girl that works there has been there forever. She knows how to best handle all the guests, sometimes it's just to busy for that small location to handle. As far as taste is concerned I mean its a chain restaurant but the pizza is always satisfying! Its def not a gourmet establishment gotta know your getting into a middle class pizza joint not a five star pizza parlor. But over all a nice place to have dinner with the family if nobody wants to get dressed up.

I've never written a bad yelp review, but the service here was just that awful. I went on a Saturday night with my parents, and while it wasn't dead, it wasn't particularly busy. We sat down and waited for ten plus minutes before we were even greeted by a server. It wouldn't have been so bad, but another group came in five minutes after us and sat at the table next to us, and the manager greeted them and took their drink orders immediately. As if we wouldn't notice. We finally got a server to the table, but we had to ask for things like silverware and napkins (things that are generally given when the server greets you and not after your food is already there) The food was just as mediocre as the service. I got a veggie calzone that was undercooked on the inside and so jam packed with onion that it was almost inedible. My mom ordered a white pizza and it was burned to the point where you'd never know it was a white pizza. Next time I'm driving the extra ten minutes and going to Wheaton.

This location is the closest one to my mom's house and we only order for pick up. Our usual order is the medium Deluxe, pre-cooked bacon and additional pineapple topping. The medium size can feed up to 5 people. We ordered some wings once, but I wasn't too crazy about it so we never ordered it again. I love Ledo's , their little square pizzas are so cute, which I think may be great for parties.

I hope this is the Colesville location. First let me say, I have been in love with Ledo Pizza since my days at U. of MD many years ago. We also order the pepperoni and muschroom with onion and extra cheese just about every other week. Well, was I disappointed this past Friday. The pepperoni was much, much thinner and was cut into quarters. So whereas I used to get a nice thick round pepperoni on each slice, I got this little tidbit of pepperoni. My husband picked up the pizza and didn't realize there was a problem until I commented on it. I'm not certain if other locations are doing this or not. I went to the Ledo website and commented, but heard nothing back, as of yet. I guess it is a cost cutting measure, but they need to find another way. Stay tuned.

Ledo's is my favorite pizza chain. I love the square pizzas, the thin crusts, and the gooey cheese. I agree w/ the rest of the reviewers that the food you get at Ledo's is pretty consistent. Ledo's as a whole gets 4 stars. So why the 2 star review? The review is on the Silver Spring location. I've gone a few times now and the service is painful. They usually have only 2 servers and they just can't keep up. I'm not saying this is their fault but management should really look into helping out during lunch time when it's packed. One girl had 7 tables to wait after, and the other had one table of 18 and 3 other tables. How in the world are they supposed to give adequate... semi-decent service? I had one other person with me and it took 25 mins for our existence to be acknowledged. It took 40 mins for us to get our 2 sodas. By the time our food came, we ate it in 15 mins flat and jetted out of there. To be fair- our server was nice and apologized but that doesn't feed my hunger. What I've noticed is that the bigger your group is, the better service you get. I overhead one kid from the group of 18 go "Wow, we already got our food and that table still has nothing". I will never be back at this location. Maybe carry out. Maybe.

If you are okay with them always getting your order wrong, I mean every single time, then hey come here. Something is wrong with the management at this location cuz Ledos food is good. Its just not worth the hassle of trying to get your order fixed.

I'm a regular customer at this ledo pizza location and everytime I come here I have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the Italian wedding soup if you've never tried it. Everything from the customer service, cleanliness, and quality of the food is excellent. I highly recommend this location, only down part is there is no tv.

I mean, it's a Ledo's. I haven't been to any other Ledo'ses :), but I'm pretty sure that if you've seen one, you've seen 'em all. But I do love my local Ledo's. I've been coming here for almost a decade now, and I've never had a complaint about the service or the quality of food! The pizza won't knock your socks off like 2 Amys, and the service isn't as attentive as it is as Citronelle, but you'll always get a Ledo's pizza with Ledo's service - every time. I come here pretty frequently with groups of 8+ on weekends, and they always make room for us. My favorite is the sausage, onion and mushroom pizza. YUM! And just for fun, here are some words that rhyme with Ledo! Credo, libido, tuxedo, torpedo! Yayy!

3.5 for Ledo's. Just right down the street from our church it's always a safe bet when you have a large group of people (Definitely checking the "Good for Groups"). A "large" pizza is the best bang for the buck since it's 2x the size of a medium. How did I come to this scientific conclusion? How about a medium is 1 tray (like high school lunch kind of tray) of pizza. And a large is 2 trays....I know I'm amazing. That's why I became an engineer. Anyways, I recommend the Jalepeno/Sausage combination. And the spicy toasted ravioli is FANTASTIC! I wouldn't say it's comfort food, but you know you'll come here and you won't leave disappointed. Besides, since Little Caesars went out of business, where else are you going to get square pizzas?

Ledos is Ledos. Always delivering on the food side and this location is no exception... However... The customer service is absolutely atrocious here. No matter how many times I visit, there are always high schoolers riddled behind the counter that do not take the time and care to get your order right or at least accommodate for mistakes the way other local Ledos do, who guess what? Have high schoolers as staff as well! This is not to pick on kids with summer jobs, but have some care and regard in the food service industry. Maybe this comes down to staff that's actually training these kids at this location. The customer service needs a lot of work!
